Thank you for considering Two Girls and a Deal to manage your properties. We offer tenant placement, both regular tenants and section 8 tenants. We also offer various levels of property management. 

We can do it all or just what you need. We have a complete staff of licensed agents to rent your properties for a placement fee. Our placement fee is typically one months rent. We currently have a waiting list of tenants.

We also offer full property management including rent collection, maintenance, on-site agents for large properties, turn overs and evictions if necessary.
